William Anderson

Attorney/Partner

William J. Anderson is the Attorney and Partner at The Closing Team. Mr. Anderson was born in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. He attended Rutgers College where he received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology followed by Nova Southeastern University School of Law. While in law school he received a Book Award in Estate and Gift Taxation and was a Florida Bar Disability Public Service Fellow. After receiving his Juris Doctor, Mr. Anderson furthered his legal training at the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated with an LL.M. in Taxation.

Jack Porrata

Director of Business Development

Jack Porrata, a seasoned expert in the title industry and real estate with nine years of experience, also dedicates his time as a board member for two housing-related non-profit organizations, Rebuilding Together of the Palm Beaches and Paint Your Heart Out, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to both his field and community. Through his role as the chair of the Realtor Association community outreach committee of Broward County, Jack has left a lasting impact on the lives of local residents. His guiding principle of "Lend a hand, take my hand" continues to inspire and lead in the realm of community service. Jack's noteworthy contributions to the real estate industry and his community have earned him recognition, including the Rising Star and Community Giant Awards. These accolades acknowledge his exceptional dedication and influence in his profession and the community.

Nathan Klutznick

Founding Partner

Nathan Klutznick is the Founding Partner and Principal at The Closing Team. Mr. Klutznick was born in Boulder, Colorado. He attended the University of Colorado where he earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science. In 2004 he moved to Fort Lauderdale to begin a career in real estate and has experience in Real Estate Brokerage, Investment, Development and Management.

Jonathan Lickstein

Director Of Operations

Jonathan brings passion to helping Realtors with his expertise from Advancing Technologies and Social Media understanding to Professional Standards and doing business in today's digital marketplace. Jonathan is recognized by the National Association of Realtors as one of the top 50 brokers in the nation. He now has turned his focus to giving back to the industry by becoming an Executive Officer of the Broward, Palm Beach, and St Lucie Realtor Associations and is an influential part of Florida Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Helene Paez

Post Closer

Helene was born in Suffern, New York and lived in a small town called Tallman growing up. She even went to a 3 room schoolhouse there for K-2 as a child. She loves to garden, especially with Roses and Daylilies but vegetables do not do well with her, believe me she has tried. With a husband of 41 years, 3 beautiful Daughters and 3 grandchildren, family means everything to her.

Ana Menta

Escrow Officer

Ana is our Escrow Officer and Office Organizer. She is the detailed person who makes sure everyone is on the ball. Ana is originally from Uruguay and lives her life with her kids. Be careful what kind of music you put on or you will find Ana tearing up the floor to some Salsa, Bachata, or Merengue... She has a servant's heart and is standing by for your Escrow needs.

Rachel O'Keefe

Title Processor

Rachel is from New York, the State not the City. Those that know Rachel say that she never forgets anything. Rachel is an extremely detailed and methodical Title Processor. She gets your files through the process and to the closing table with no issues, on time, every time. Agents and Customers who work with Rachel ask for her time and again.

Nicole Montgomery

Title Processor

Nicole is that sunshine (Native of the Sunshine State) on the other side of the phone whenever you call. No matter what the question is, or what is needed, Nicole jumps at the opportunity to be able to help. She has years of prior experience working in a law office and brings that attention to detail to the opening and closing of each file.

Nicolas Robelto

Title Processor

Nicolas was born and raised in Colombia. He is very meticulous and detail-oriented. He is a bilingual Title Processor that comes with great experience and patience. He is always there to assist with any questions or concerns his agents or customers may have. He has put his accounting degree to good use and his time and effort show all the way with each transaction he processes.

Vanessa Decker

Title Processor

Vanessa moved to Pennsylvania from Colombia 8 years ago and recently became an American citizen (Yay!). Vanessa came to Florida 3 years ago and loves living by the beach. She loves to keep in touch with her Spanish roots by having the opportunity to work and help the Spanish speaking community. Contactame y estare feliz de ayudate🙂.

Nina Lantz

Nina is originally from Philadelphia , Pennsylvania and grew up in Indianapolis , Indiana. She moved to South Florida 10 years ago to raise her family and escape the cold. Nina takes great pride in bringing positive energy into all situations and providing great care to our customers.
